This is a studio apartment, ideal for 1-2 guests. Second floor unit, staircase to second floor. GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITIES Guest shall not: Make any alterations to the Unit or damage the Unit or its contents. Bring any hazardous substance into the Unit. Violate any laws or condominium rules applicable to use of the Unit. Disturb any other occupants of properties in the vicinity of the Unit. Bring any pets into the Unit without Manager's written consent. Place anything other than toilet paper into the commode--no wipes of any kind, no feminine products, no diapers. Use the Unit for any commercial purpose. Sublease or assign any rights under this Agreement without Manager's written consent. LIABILITY Neither Manager nor Owner shall be liable for any accidents or Personal injury by Guests while they are in the condo or on the resort property, or while they are using items from the condo at the beach. Guest shall defend, indemnify, and hold Manager and Owner harmless from any property damage or personal injury resulting from negligent or willful conduct by Guest or by any person occupying the Unit at Guest's invitation. NO SMOKING Smoking in the unit is strictly prohibited. This includes the smoking of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, medical marijuana, and all illegal substances. All Units are subject to this law. Manager will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs a fine of $500.00 will be charged. MANAGEMENT RIGHT TO ENTER Manager reserves the right to enter the unit with reasonable for the purpose of repair and with 24 hour notice to Guest for any other reason Manager deems necessary to service or inspect the Unit on the Owner's behalf. POWER OUTAGE EVENTS Power outages due to weather events are out of our hands, if our units have a loss of power it is likely due to a regional outage and for this we cannot provide any source of compensation for days affected by mass outages.

It's always a great stay at Jordan's place, always very clean, looks exactly like the photos, easy check in, easy parking and great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great! I would definitely stay again. The place is even cozier and cuter in person. The kitchen had all utensils and cookware needed! Extra towels and the washer and dryer was such a plus, the place was very clean as well! It’s located in the middle of all kinds of things, the airport, shops, and downtown. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Jordan was a great host. Very communicative and helpful. The place was in a peaceful location and had a nice HEB and walking park within walking distance. There is a train track close by and the train can be heard inside the apartment when it goes by, but it goes by very quickly. If you are a very light sleeper (like I am), noise reducing sleep earphones are probably already in your roster so just remember them for here too. My wife is not a light sleeper and never noticed the train at night. The neighbors were polite and observed the designated ‘quiet hours’. The area seems like a nice, quieter part of Austin more on the outskirts of the city, but close enough to get in and around easily. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Jordan communicated great throughout our whole visit and the place had all the amenities we wanted and needed. The full kitchen and bathroom (with a bathtub, not just shower) were great to have for a long weekend away!

<y wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Jordan's place. The apartment was immaculate and so very comfortable. It was very conveniently located to all the places we came to Austin to see -- and its proximity to several highways made it easy to get wherever we were going. We needed some time off after a couple of challenging months back home, and we couldn't have made a better choice than staying in Jordan's lovely apartment!

I loved my stay here! Very quiet neighborhood in a convenient location and the dwelling was very cozy! Jordan was a great host, very responsive and very friendly! 10/10 recommend, I will be staying here again!
