This cute two-bedroom apartment is located in a great neighboorhood, walkalble to the river and South Congress. We loved being a 10-minute walk from where the action is and being able to come back to peaceful surroundings. The furniture was stylish and the beds comfortable. We would certainly come back!

Loved staying @ Jordan’s studio. Clean and perfect with every amenity. Show had excellent water pressure and the kitchen was wonderful although I never cooked. The bed is good and there’s even a washer/dryer. And btw, the Alexa Echo Dot was exactly what I needed to listen to soft jazz every morning. Thank you again!! PS. Even had a sweet bird sitting on her nest right outside the door!!

Jordan's apartment was downright amazing. Walkable to South Congress (just 10m to both Jo's Coffee & Jeni's Ice Cream!), it is a spacious and peaceful residence in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Jordan was a fantastic host, as well: upbeat, and totally reachable. (When we realized there was no microwave, Jordan apologized and had a new one delivered in 30m!) Thank you Jordan!

The apartment safe and clean. Everything appear to be new inside. It's a second floor apartment in a small building. The neighborhood seems very quaint. The proximity to Congress Street and lots of restaurants and every place else we wanted to visit was perfect. The unit was a little small but big enough for 2 to 3 people. I would highly recommend it.

Was very beautiful for a much needed few days away. Hot tub was a bonus for the cold wintery night. Would highly recommend if you want something relaxing and peaceful.

i literally felt like I lived here! Jordan was extremely responsive and the check in was a breeze! there was even some laundry detergent for me to do a load of laundry so that I didn’t have to bring back dirty clothes. The area is serene and the architecture in the surrounding homes is so unique and cozy! I definitely wouldn’t mind buying property in this area. It was very quiet at night and I felt very safe. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back soon!! ✨🫶🏾

I really enjoyed my stay and I felt right at home. These place was great, clean, and really unique to me. The walking/bike trail is amazing. Really loved the atmosphere.

Jordan’s Place was a beautiful, private cottage getaway, perfect for relaxing. The hot tub and cozy fire-pit was a bonus. The nearby town of Bancroft was lovely to explore and a stop at Bancroft Brewing added to the experience with great food and local craft beer. A peaceful escape and a great place to unwind.

The place is well located, really near to SoCo and all the restaurants and stores, also if you have children there is a big park just down the street crossing the bridge.

It's always a great stay at Jordan's place, always very clean, looks exactly like the photos, easy check in, easy parking and great communication. I would definitely stay here again.
