Allandale is widely loved by locals for its mid-century character and friendly, walkable vibe. We are located just off Burnet Road, a foodie paradise. Walkable/Short Drive Eats: Grab a taco at Taco Flats, fine dining at Barley Swine, or a burger at the iconic Top Notch Hamburgers (featured in Dazed and Confused!). Coffee & Chill: Start your morning at Monkey Nest or Epoch Coffee. Shop: Browse unique finds at Room Service Vintage or grab essentials at the nearby H-E-B. Parks: We are close to Northwest District Park, which offers great walking trails and a pool. Getting Around Car: We are centrally located with easy access to Mopac (Loop 1) and Hwy 183. Downtown Austin: ~15 mins The Domain: ~10 mins UT Campus / Stadium: ~12 mins Austin Airport (AUS): ~20-25 mins Public Transit: The #803 Rapid Bus picks up on Burnet Road and runs directly to The Domain (North) and Downtown/South Congress (South). Ride Share: Uber and Lyft are readily available and usually arrive within 5 minutes. GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITIES Guest shall not: Make any alterations to the Unit or damage the Unit or its contents. Bring any hazardous substance into the Unit. Violate any laws or condominium rules applicable to use of the Unit. Disturb any other occupants of properties in the vicinity of the Unit. Bring any pets into the Unit without Manager's written consent. Place anything other than toilet paper into the commode--no wipes of any kind, no feminine products, no diapers. Use the Unit for any commercial purpose. Sublease or assign any rights under this Agreement without Manager's written consent. LIABILITY Neither Manager nor Owner shall be liable for any accidents or Personal injury by Guests while they are in the condo or on the resort property, or while they are using items from the condo at the beach. Guest shall defend, indemnify, and hold Manager and Owner harmless from any property damage or personal injury resulting from negligent or willful conduct by Guest or by any person occupying the Unit at Guest's invitation. NO SMOKING Smoking in the unit is strictly prohibited. This includes the smoking of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, medical marijuana, and all illegal substances. All Units are subject to this law. Manager will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs a fine of $500.00 will be charged. MANAGEMENT RIGHT TO ENTER Manager reserves the right to enter the unit with reasonable for the purpose of repair and with 24 hour notice to Guest for any other reason Manager deems necessary to service or inspect the Unit on the Owner's behalf. POWER OUTAGE EVENTS Power outages due to weather events are out of our hands, if our units have a loss of power it is likely due to a regional outage and for this we cannot provide any source of compensation for days affected by mass outages.
